Wireman’s license. Technical Competencies & Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in the electrical trade Proven experience with both grid-tie and Hybrid solar systems Proficiency in computer skills. Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and equipment Familiarity with relevant codes and regulations. Demonstrated ability to diagnose and repair electrical problems. Meticulous attention to detail and safety awareness. Ability to work independently and within a team environment. Capable of managing a small team Excellent communication skills to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Drivers Licence.
