As a Solar O&M Technician, you will be responsible for conducting regular inspections, troubleshooting, and performing preventative maintenance on solar arrays. Your duties will include monitoring system performance, identifying and resolving technical issues, and coordinating with team members to execute maintenance tasks efficiently. Additionally, you will document maintenance activities and adhere to safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.Skills & Experience:Solid understanding of electrical systems, with experience in solar photovoltaic (PV) systems preferredStrong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail for diagnosing and resolving technical issues effectivelyProficiency in using diagnostic tools and excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clientsPrior experience in O&M (Operations & Maintenance) of solar installations is highly desirableMinimum 1-2 years experienceQualifications:National Diploma in Electrical engineeringQualified Electrician Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
