Job Description To lead the design of sustainablesolutions on assisted and unassisted platforms that can be leveraged acrossproduct houses, business units and sub-segments To conduct solution impact assessments to determine most efficient solution design and implementation approach Lead the design of sustainable solutions on assisted and unassisted platforms that can be leveraged across product houses, business units and sub-segments. Conduct solution impact assessments to determine most efficient solution design and implementation approach. Solution design and documentation of Business and System architecture Apply innovative thinking to solution design so that it caters for effective integration with and is scalable across all systems and ensure that most efficient solution is design on channels (such as APP, USSD, ATM, etc.) Ensure end to end implementation of business solutions that are defined which includes collaborating with and managing resources across all impacted business and development teams. Subject Matter Expert advice provided to the COE as well as other business units, sub-segments and product houses on all solution implementation and design requirements, from a system and business perspective. Building macros for RPA team to automate processes on mainframe. Put together strategic solutions for complex business problems, both from ops and project perspective Define new processes that are required by the COE. Optimise existing processes. Apply continuous process improvement techniques on existing process. Conduct impact or effort analysis on all projects/solutions to assess viability and prioritise requirements. Map advanced process on Visio as per BPMN standards. Automate manual processes using coding languages such as Visual Basic, Python, C# and Power Automate, Ensure automation design architecture as well as writing the code is done. Apply SDLC to all projects that is being managed. Project scoping and sizing. Log requirements with impacted areas. Coordinate all impacted teams to ensure priority is obtained for requirements logged. Documentation of all BA artifacts (this includes the BRS, Use Cases, Process Flows, FRS, Gap Analysis, Test Cases, etc.) Track and monitor project progress throughout the SDLC. Includes artifacts such as decision registers, risk registers and project progress dashboards. Facilitate JAD sessions and unpacking sessions for solution design. Report back to SteerCo Ensure Stakeholder management for all initiatives. Analyse data to gain customer insights for initiating key projects to optimize existing processes and improve customer experience. Manage and implement all ETL (Extract from source, clean up and load data into central server) processes within the COE. Maintain automated reporting and data loads based on stakeholder requirements. Carry out ad-hoc data requests on both customer and product databases. Build and manage all automated data flow processes within the COE, using tools such as SSIS, Hive, SAS, SSRS, EEH, SQL Agent, etc. Dashboarding on PowerBI. This role is accountable for Defining and executing the PowerCard Issuing platform strategy, identifying short-, medium- and long-term priorities with the associated roadmaps. Manage and influence both internal and external stakeholders from the concept and contracting phase, through to post implementation business as usual assisting in driving the maturing of the PowerCard Issuing platform from an Issuing business perspective. Manage a team of Specialist Subject Matter Experts (SME’s), ensuring continuous growth of SME knowledge and skills contributing significant value to the issuing business. Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic vendors and their respective Business Leads and SME’s Develop robust business cases for change whilst working towards a longer-term vision for the PowerCard Issuing platform. Present to and facilitate complex discussions with Executive Management for buy-in. Own and drive the PowerCard Issuing roadmap, programs and projects. Assist project resources to coordinate and clear obstacles to delivery and provide capability subject matter expertise as relates to the PowerCard Issuing platform. Drive awareness and buy-in to the PowerCard Issuing roadmap, opportunities for success and resolution of defects. Pro-actively manage and influence key decisions regarding the issuing platform, ensuring features are robust, backed with appropriate monitoring and MIS. Able to navigate the strategic big picture and deep-dive with an affinity for understanding the granular detail.
