Sourcing • Understand Sourcing policies and guide the business through the sourcing process • Onboarding of suppliers • Understand suppliers proposals • Sound understanding of contracts • Advise the business on the best sourcing approach, contracting and negotiation strategy • Understand RFXs process • Negotiate contractual agreements Governance & Risk Management • Ensure that the baseline and pipeline is up to date • Filing of all documents • Manage stakeholders expectations • Negotiate and close deals • Supplier risk assessments • Identify and manage deal risks • Ensure compliance with Supplier Governance processes • Ensure compliance with risk obligations • Comply with policies, procedures, and legislative requirements • Support dispute management processes • End-to-end supplier governance process management • Degree: B Com • Sourcing and Governance knowledge • Risk knowledge • Team player • Excellent communication skills • Excellent interpersonal skills • Excellent problem-solving skills • Strong decision-making skills • Able to develop innovative solutions to problems • Understanding of BBBEE • Understanding of supplier onboarding documentation requirements • Sourcing experience withing the banking / financial sector • Supplier Relationship Management experience / understanding (advantageous)
