SOUS CHEF – 5-Star Boutique Hotel (Stellenbosch Wine Estate) We are seeking an experienced SOUS CHEF to take charge of a 5-star Boutique Hotel's kitchen operations. The restaurant offers a relaxed, upmarket dining experience. A chef with a strong operational background, a sharp culinary skill-set, previous hotel experience will be beneficial. Ability to lead and manage a team effectively, quality driven, focused and able to perform under pressure. Own reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license is essential. Applicants already residing in the Winelands region will receive preference.
