1. Core Functions: Update a Computerized Human Resource Information System.Administer SAPS Incentives and Rewards Scheme and Promotions.Administer and manage Absenteeism Management and medical related matters into terms of leave checking.Assist with the management of recruitment related matters and the appointment of employees.Administer, maintain and co-ordinate transfers, occupational translations, service termination cases and related matters.Liaise with various clients regarding matters related to Personnel Management. 2.
