Meticulously driving the business, whilst supporting and developing a team of passionate Therapist and Hairstylist. Key Responsibilities: Flexibility and reliability - ability to work overtime and outside of normal working hours to accommodate the needs of the business Responsible for achieving retail sales targets and must be able to evaluate the spa's performance review and financial analysis. Guest service orientation by maintaining the highest standard of guest service by following international protocols and displaying genuine care and attention to detail. Update knowledge of products and treatment brand standards. Assist in marketing events, workshops, and training. Monitoring spa inventory Day to day responsibility of equipment products, cleanliness and hygiene of the treatment and preparation areas. Managing of staff and their training and development. Therapist assessments and allocation of duties and performance. Discuss operational processes and identify areas where efficiency can be enhanced with team. Evaluate the effectiveness of sustainability efforts undertaken by the Spa. Good communication with other hotel departments. Requirements for the role: Delivering 5 service to all clients. Team Leader, professional and vibrant confident demeanour. International Qualification ITEC/SAAHSP/CIDESCO/CIBTEC. Minimum 3 years practical experience in a 5 star hotel and in spa management. Maintain health, hygiene and professional spa appearance. Exceptional sales & marketing skills. Extraordinary communication skills with creative flair. Full knowledge and understanding of Spa & Gym operations and business. Good with handling guest queries and complaints. Flexible, reliable and strong administrative skills. Must be able to do financial reviews and reporting. Organisational skills, evaluating, co-ordinating, marketing and planning. Accountable: be able to see a task to completion.
