Hotel Spa based in Cape Town CBD is looking for a dynamic Spa manager to run operations Salary : R20 000 - R25 000 (Negotiable based on experience) Working hours Monday - Sundays 09h00-19h00 (shifts according to roster) 8 off days per month including 1 weekend Requirements ITEC/ Cidesco Beauty Qualification Minimum 2 years in a Spa Management role Strong verbal and written communication Fluent in Afrikaans & English Own transport Well-groomed to present the brand Microsoft Proficiency, especially Excel Stock control Staff Management & Motivation Strong leadership skills Own reliable transport will be a bonus Flexible and available to work late shifts as needed by spa requirements Own reliable transport will be a bonus Ship experience will be a bonus
