Assisting guests and providing knowledge on products, skincare, and wellness practices to enhance the experience Recruiting and selecting top tier candidates for all positions within the hotel, as well as making recommendations for hiring decisions To greet the guests at reception and assisting with post treatment sales. To co-ordinate with the therapists regarding the daily appointments by allocating the time accordingly.
