Contribute to development of strategic frameworks and policies that drive compliance with all legal, governance, policies, procedures, standards and aviation requirements for Aviation Safety & ARFF with the purpose to meet business and operation management standards. JOB DESCRIPTION Aviation Safety & ARFF standards, policies and procedures Develop strategies, frameworks and policies for managing Aviation Safety & ARFF impacts arising from local airport activities and operations Develop new and enhanced standards and guidelines Disseminate across the organisation Interpret standards into ACSA policies and procedures Contribute to defining the standards for reporting of safety incidents and automate as far as possible Contribute to defining the standards for regulatory compliance for example SMS systems and documentation Monitor stakeholder adherence and commitment to all safety and ARFF policies, procedures and relevant regulations. Support the facilitation of safety and ARFF committees and forums as well as participating in Civil Aviation Regulations Committees and other non-mandatory committees Monitor departments on workplace hazard & risk reduction programs. JOB REQUIREMENTS Bachelors Degree Aviation Safety and/or Fire 5 - 7 years Desired Skills: Report writing Analytical Thinking Relationship Building
