What are we looking for?
We are looking for someone with the following experience, qualifications and /or skillsets:

  • Diploma (or equivalent qualification) in digital marketing.
  • Driver’s License.
  • 3 – 5 years’ experience within a digital paid media environment.

Advantageous

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid media management.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and others.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a results-driven mindset.
  • Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and landing page optimization.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and their integration into paid media campaigns is a plus.
  • Certifications in relevant digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) are preferred.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

The responsibilities are:

Project lead/manager support

  • Collaborate with project lead/manager to support the planning and execution of digital paid media campaigns aligned with project objectives.
  • Provide assistance in campaign setup, ad creation, and targeting to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to facilitate the implementation of campaign strategies and tactics.
  • Act as a liaison between project teams and digital marketing specialists to streamline communication and optimize campaign performance.

Project management

  • Take ownership of digital paid media campaigns from inception to completion, ensuring that all deliverables are met on time and within budget.
  • Develop project timelines, milestones, and task lists to effectively manage campaign workflows and resources.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or roadblocks, and proactively address issues to keep campaigns on track.
  • Communicate project updates, status reports, and key insights to project stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the campaign lifecycle.

Reporting

  • Generate comprehensive reports on campaign performance, analyzing key metrics, trends, and insights to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Utilize data visualization tools and analytics platforms to present findings in a clear, actionable format for stakeholders.
  • Provide regular updates and insights on campaign performance to inform strategic decision-making and optimization efforts.
  • Collaborate with analytics teams to develop custom reports and dashboards tailored to specific project requirements and KPIs.

Marketing strategy integration aligned to the CURRO objectives

  • Align digital paid media strategies with the overarching marketing objectives and goals of CURRO.
  • Ensure that campaign messaging, creative assets, and targeting tactics are in line with CURROs brand positioning and messaging guidelines.
  • Collaborate with marketing strategy teams to integrate digital paid media initiatives into broader marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Continuously evaluate and adjust strategies to ensure alignment with CURROs evolving business objectives and market dynamics.

Budget management

  • Manage digital paid media budgets effectively, tracking spending and allocating resources to maximize ROI and achieve campaign objectives.
  • Monitor campaign performance against budgetary targets, identifying opportunities to optimize spending and improve efficiency.
  • Work closely with finance teams to ensure accurate budget forecasting, invoicing, and reconciliation for digital paid media initiatives.
  • Provide recommendations for budget reallocation or adjustments based on performance insights and market trends to drive optimal outcomes.
