Intercape is looking for a dynamic qualified spray painter to join the team. KEY PERFORMANCE AREA 1: Interior Maintenance Adhere to all workshop safety regulations. Ensure minimal material wastage on a daily basis. KEY PERFORMANCE AREA 2: Exterior Maintenance Adhere to all safety regulations of the company. Ensure minimal material wastage on a daily basis. KEY PERFORMANCE AREA 4: Spray painting of coaches/trailers/non-revenue vehicles Ensure spraying area of instrument is properly cleaned, in working condition and prepared for spraying. Responsible for sanding to be done correctly. Ensure the correct manner of spraying is done and no running of paint is on sprayed area. Ensure the correct paint and color match is being applied. RELATED JOB REQUIREMENTS Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customer's expectations through proactive and appropriate solutions Must assist in general administration duties Enjoy working independently as well as be part of a team Assist fellow colleagues in the daily running of company related tasks Be focused on providing work of an extremely high quality Very good organizational skills EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS Qulaified Spray painter (TRADE/ RED SEAL) Computer literate Experience in mechanical parts Min 5 years experience as spray painter - preferably commercial vehicles
