We are currently looking for a Spray Technician/Prepper & a Prepper/Panel Beater to join our team - Requirements are:Spray Technician - Experience spraying in a speed repair shop - Supervisor experience - overseeing Preppers & Fitters - Review each repair job prior to beginning work - Allocating work to the team - Managing stock & Premixes - Experience mixing/matching colors is a must - Working with quotes & timelines - Signing off every stage of preparation/polishing etc. - Overseeing final quality Prepper - Previous body shop experience required - Prepare vehicles & parts for painting - Prime Vehicles & Parts - Sand vehicles & parts prior to painting - Responsible for wet sanding & buffing completed vehicles - Mask Vehicles for Spray - Sign off all work with Spray Painter - Maintain clean & organized work environment
