Grade 12 certificate or equivalent at NQF level 4 · Relevant tertiary degree Minimum 3 years' working experience in community development and stakeholder engagement within a mining environment Must be proficient in MS Package (Word, PowerPoint and Excel) · English proficiency · Must be able to communication in other local languages · Valid driver's license · Must be willing to travel · Medical Certificate of Fitness Assist with the implementation of the Stakeholder Engagement strategy · Perform Stakeholder Engagement activities · Provide advise on risk or benefit analysis · Provide input on Social Labour Plan · Ensure compliance with DMRE requirements for reporting · Collate, organise and distribute information related to SLP and CSI activities · Implementation of SLP and CSI projects and programmes · Attend to communities' queries/enquiries · Resolve and manage community issues/complaints/grievances Apply Now
