The purpose of the Stakeholder Engagement Generalist and Project Coordinator is to serve as a catalyst, partnership broker, and builder of the relationships of local partners at different levels, facilitating the strengthening of stakeholder-led initiatives to effectively realize the socio-economic objectives of the Impact Catalyst with the support of the partners, co-funders and co-implementers. The incumbent will be responsible for Project Coordination on different levels. Effective communication with all relevant stakeholders is essential for the successful delivery of the Impact Catalyst's objectives and successful implementation of the initiatives. Facilitation of stakeholder engagements, working with partners, co-funders, co-implementers, municipalities and communities. Build relationships through partnerships at all levels and strengthening of these partnerships over time, Project planning and implementation Project site inspection Undergraduate degree or equivalent. Post graduate degree or Project Management certificate will be an advantage. Experience working with various levels of stakeholders including government, private and community stakeholders essential. Experience in facilitating engagements. A minimum of 5 years' experience in project management. A minimum of 10 years' experience in the stakeholder engagement and project management industry. Capable of doing stakeholder engagement planning and mapping. Interest in social development and community development.
