JOB DIMENSION: Responsible for stock under control, reducing stock to minimum level without running out of stock Assist Store Supervisor with management and maintenance of optimum stock levels Provide a support service to all departments Investigate and action queries promptly and liaise with suppliers in terms of logistic deliveries Conduct work in line with policies and procedures, assist with stock counts Responsible for transfer and receipt transactions of stock items Audit of transfer orders, shipment of orders and GRV's KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS: Management of stock levels Service level-handle customer complaints Compliance-Adhere to procedures, compile recon sheets Housekeeping KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED: Matric Storekeeping/Warehousing qualification SKILLS & ABILITIES: Very good planning skills Good computer literacy, MS Office with high proficiency in MS Excel Leadership and management abilities Strong customer service orientation Strong administrative skills Attention to detail, Accurate, Assertive and Proactive Ability to function independently and under pressure Interested parties who meet the above requirements and possess the attributes stated above, may submit a comprehensive CV, along with certified copies of their ID's and qualification/s to: THE HR DEPARTMENT | Email: VikingFishingRecruitmentSeaHarvest.co.za
