You need to be able to motivate your team. Inspire them to reach their set targets. You will need: selling skills and assistant manager experience. We need people who can: Manage, train and motivate staff Open and close the store according to company procedures Attend to cashing up duties and balancing of register Attend to daily banking General organizing duties like working out time schedules Attend to general administration duties Meeting daily targets Actively participating within a team Assist with stock takes and counts Order and acknowledging of stock Do merchandising and replenishment of stock on a regular basis Assist with promotions and visual displays in store Assist clients with enquiries and request Assist at point of sales Ensure a high level of customer service is maintained Salary is dependant on experience.
