- Matric.
- Hospitality Degree / Diploma will be an advantage.
- Extensive knowledge of food and beverage items.
- Minimum 3 Years experience in a management position.
- Previous experience in a store management/logistics management position.
- Micros System experience or other stock management systems are preferable.
- Stock control and purchasing of all food and beverage stock, including equipment, small maintenance, or any other request.
- Control of vehicles.
- Responsible for all store operations.
- Allocate staff to do requisitions, issuing and bulk prep, and portioning.
- Responsible for the management of store cleanliness and stock rotation.
- Responsible for training of staff.
- Effective management of personnel.
