Requirements: Minimum 3 years’ experience in retail industry or FMCG Previous work experience within the Point-of-Sale store industry is an advantage. Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience. Excel Excellent communication skills Confidence Tech savvy Time-management and organization skills Duties and responsibilities: Manage the daily operations with stores to ensure that the overall objectives, targets, execution and service standards are met and exceeded. Work and communicate directly with store managers to ensure 100% alignment on campaigns & execution required. Obsess about meeting deadlines and delivering the clients needs. Support teams to achieve 100% in-store execution. Tackle the role with confidence & take on responsibility. Driven individual continuously looking how to improve efficient ways of working. Self-motivation is key. Positive, can-do attitude. Must be well-read & open to new ideas. Ability to work effectively with very diverse personalities. Personal assistance to store managers with campaign submissions.
