CTP Cartons & Labels has a vacancy available for a Storeman in the Maintenance department. Receiving tools, components and materials from customers and suppliers. Issuing tools, components and materials to the Shop Floor as specified by the job card in a timely manner to meet production schedules. Check goods delivered and acceptance of deliveries. Ensure stock are easily accessible and clearly labelled. Do monthly stock count and place order timeously for low stock and other shortages. Ensure that all documents are recorded accurately and submitted to the relevant departments. Report any discrepancies to the Maintenance Manager. Prepare space for incoming stock. Maintain electronic and physical filing system. Assist with general administration duties for the Maintenance department. Preventative Maintenance (PM) document – ensure paperwork is available to the technician for the machine on the allocated day advise the Maintenance Manager of any outstanding PM's. Complete Opera board on a daily basis. Filing of completed job cards and PM documents. Capture all expenses done during the month on an excel document. Prepare documents required for GRN & inform Maintenance Manager of all enquiries. Assist and take imitative with ad hoc tasks. Qualification: Grade 12 or NQF 4 certificate Skills: Computer skills on MS Word, MS Excel and Outlook. Excellent communcation skills both verbally and written. Detailed orientated and organized. Experience: 2 - 3 years storeman experience in a Maintenance department. Technical background. Previous experience working on a Production system.
