Reference: CPT000658-CV-1A company that specializes in manufacturing and repairs of truck bodies, is looking for a Stores Controller/Administrator to join their team based in Centurion. Job PurposeTo ensure that the business unit’s stock levels meet the business needs. To increase profitability and effectiveness by maintaining optimal stock levels of quality products at all times andmanaging all HR administration and employee relations within the unit.Key Duties Forecast supply and demand to prevent overstocking and running out-of-stock (OOS). Place orders to replenish stock as needed. Conduct regular, routine stock takes (inventory audits) as per Company requirements. Processing stock adjustments where necessary within company operating procedures. Track shipments and address any delays. Oversee the storage of products and maintain housekeeping standards. Maintain accurate and updated inventory records. Issuing stock on the HILTI system. Maintain and update tracker recording completed jobs from Job Card to Invoice. Update Factory Boards. Monitor and Control staff time sheets. Submit Job Cards. Processing and submission of Claims. Asset control. Fleet Control. Reporting on HR issues. Skills & Competencies Matric Level of Education (NQF4 or equivalent). Proven work experience as a Stock / Inventory Controller or similar administrative role. Computer Literate with proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.). Good understanding of supply chain processes and procedures. Working knowledge of inventory management software. Meticulous with a high level of attention to detail. Excellent organizational skills. Superior admin orientation with high work standards. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to manage own time and activities as well as others. Good interpersonal skills. Able to handle conflict with a high level of personal resilience. Monthly
