Strategic and Advisory Reporting Analyst - - Johannesburg

Requirements:

We are looking for an individual with Matric (Grade 12) and a bachelors degree in marketing and communications, journalism, economics, sustainability, and/or an associated field as a minimum
requirement. A postgraduate qualification in sustainability, integrated reporting, strategy,
corporate/strategic communications, design thinking, investor relations, future studies, and/or an associated field will be advantageous
This position would suit a person who has a passion for sustainability and corporate governance. The
an individual should be visually literate to be able to assist graphic designers in translating the written text into infographics or logical process flows, have strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and an aptitude for research

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

Assisting clients in communicating their non-financial performance
Keeping abreast of non-financial corporate reporting frameworks and preparation methodologies
Delivering content strategies and pagination plans for non-financial, Integrated Reports and other stakeholder communications outputs
Developing reporting communication and stakeholder engagement strategies
Peer group research
Conceptualising overarching messaging for non-financial communication outputs
Managing the drafting process of non-financial reports
Identifying gaps against reporting requirements and inconsistencies across reporting outputs.
Detailing recommendations and possible solutions to improve
Identifying the material matters to prioritize in sustainability disclosure and ESG strategy development
Formulating corporate ESG strategies
