Requirements The Student Experience division is made up of a team of Student Success Support Coaches, Student Success Leads, Senior Teachers, Teachers, Technical Support Officers, Portfolio Managers and interns. The Student Experience team are master multitaskers. They enjoy the pace and variety of parent and student engagements, coaching groups, monitoring multiple data points, updating student progress monitoring resources, collaborating with teams, dealing with special cases, and working on multiple systems — all in a day’s work The various teams within Student Experience work on a daily basis to provide a seamless learning experience for the UCT Online High School students and parents. The teams within Student Experience implement various strategies used to improve educational quality at scale across our offerings. Change is constant within Student Experience, as a result of rapid learning cycles. If consistent change gives you energy rather than drains your energy, you are likely to thrive in this environment.
