Hire Resolve is currently seeking a Sub Agent to join their client's team. As a Sub Agent, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing construction projects, ensuring they are completed successfully and within budget. Responsibilities Assist the Site Agent in managing and supervising construction sites Contribute to project planning and programming by assessing and analyzing operational performance, processes, and resources with the goal of improving production Coordinate and communicate with various stakeholders including architects, engineers, and subcontractors Monitor project progress and ensure work is being carried out according to schedule Manage and report on project finances, including cost control and budgeting Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Attend site meetings and provide regular updates to the Site Agent and project team Requirements Bachelor of Science or relevant degree in civil engineering Registration with ECSA or SACPCMP Minimum 5 year contracting experience on construction sites Previous experience as a Sub Agent or similar role in the construction industry Strong knowledge of construction processes and techniques Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Understanding of Labour and the management of people in a construction site environment Ability to work well under pressure and meet project deadlines Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software Benefits Salary negotiable Contact Hire Resolve for you next career-changing move.
