Sun International Jobs Job Purpose Reporting to the Executive Chef, the incumbent will assist in managing multiple aspects of the kitchen operation as per operational requirements (tasks very from unit to unit). Education Matric. Relevant Hotel School qualification. Diploma in Hospitality Management/culinary an advantage. Experience: Minimum 7 years experience in culinary industry. Skills and Knowledge Knowledge of kitchen hygiene Positive thinking and a helpful attitude towards fellow employees and guests Computer literacy Good verbal and written skills English skills Key Performance Areas: Ensure food standards meet grading requirements and consumer needs. Menu susggestions are made to reflect current trends in line with property identity and target market.
