Ability to work on Boardcutting and Edging machines. Supervising of machine operators. Reading and interpreting cut list and following verbal instructions. Perform daily cleaning and preventative maintenance on equipment. Grade 12. Minimum of 3 years previous supervisory experience. Experience with boardcutting and Edging machines. General carpentry and mechanical experience would be advantageous. Excellent organizational skills. Attention to detail. Problem solving and analytical skills. Excellent people skills. Ability to function under preasure and meetdeadlines. Between 3 - 5 Years
