A large company based in Germiston is seeking a dynamic hands-on Injection Mould Supervisor to join the team - Oversee the overall production and operation of various injection molding machines - Monitor product quality and ensure targets and deadlines are met - Manage the performance or team members while maintaining safety standards - At least 5 years experiencein injection molding and at least 2 years experience in a supervisory or managerial role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to motivate, coordinate and train team members - Technical knowledge of injection molding machines and troubleshooting problems to identify and resolve issues - Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics - Demonstrate ability to manage customer quality requirements and expectations - Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or a related field is preferred but not required. Negotiable
