Description: Hire Resolve's client, a leading mining company in Gauteng is looking for a skilled and experienced Trackless Supervisor Operations. As a Trackless Supervisor Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and safe operation of trackless equipment in the mining operations. Responsibilities: Supervise the operation of trackless equipment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Plan and schedule equipment maintenance and repairs. Monitor equipment performance and identify any issues or defects. Implement preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability. Oversee a team of operators and technicians. Provide technical support and guidance to staff. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards. Report on equipment performance and maintenance activities. Requirements: Grade 12 Shift Supervisor Certificate of Competency Blasting Certificate 3 years' experience as a Miner/Shift Supervisor in a trackless mining environment Strong knowledge of trackless equipment used in mining operations. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Valid driver's license.
