Job Description:
Job Requirements:
- Product, Process and Requalification Audits
- Process Series
- Meetings, Minutes and Follow-Up
- Monitoring of Internal Product and Process Conformance
- Measurement and Data Analysis with full and Applied Knowledge of Cpk and Cmk (Six-Sigma)
- Root Cause Analysis by using RCA tools such as: Ishikawa or Fishbone Diagrams, Five Whys, Pareto Charts, FMEAs etc.
- Administration (e.g.: 8Ds, Corrective Action, Supplier Claims, ISIRs/EMPBs/PSWs, Drawings and Specifications, Standards/Norms etc.)
- Handling of Non-Conforming Product including SAP Administration
- Containment and Rework Actions
- Representative of the Supplier Quality to company and customer
- QMS Administration
- Supplier Product Change Management and Administration.
Job Requirements:
- BS in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or related
- Min of 5 years of Quality Engineering experience within an Industrial Manufacturing Environment.
- Field Experience in a Project/Administrative Environment.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems & components
- Proficient in Quality Analysis Tools with Strong Problem-Solving Skills
- Broad knowledge of manufacturing-based quality control methods, tools, and techniques
