DUTIES : The successful candidate will be responsible for capturing of payments on Logis online, capturing of suppliers bank details an Logis system after been verified by National Treasury, checking of the allocations on the system before processing payments, Handling of all enquiries with regard to payments from both external and internal clients, verify the correctness of payment documents before processing, registering of payments in the register book before submitting them to Finance, ensure that payments are made within 30 days after the receipt of invoice, compile the weekly and monthly spreadsheet on processed payments. 4.
