Primary Responsibilities Confident and able to liaise with Doctors. Achieve business plan by implementing and changing strategies per customer as needed. Maintain and grow current business by establishing excellent relationships with and support to customers. Identify and develop new business. Theatre support Build relationships with clients including theatre staff, CSSD, pharmacy manager, stock controllers etc. Assist when and where required at organized exhibitions and meetings to promote IH products through demonstrating the clinical features and benefits. Conduct in service training, and product demonstrations to promote the correct use of IH products in territory. Provide competitive information such as tenders, pricing data etc. Improve product knowledge, and sales techniques. Manages consignment stock to minimize risk. Submission of planners and reports as requested by Sales Manager. Contribute to the integrity of the team at all times. Product lines Surgical instruments – Call points mainly Theatre, CSSD, Surgeons Disposable range of products – Theatre stock room Wound care products – Wound care practitioners, hospitals, clinicians Theatre attendance – case support Ideal candidate : Biokineticist / Physiotherapist /other qualification in medical field. You need to be persuasive, and customer-orientated medical sales representative to promote our clients’ products to different levels of healthcare professionals. Must be able to speak Afrikaans & English fluently . Must have own vehicle. No sales experience needed – training given. Between 0 & 1 Year
