Switchboard and Admin support clerk to operate switchboard and receive incoming calls , direct callers professionally ,correctly, promptly and courteously. – Support admin activities as directed, relief reception as required – Receive and correctly route incoming and outgoing telephone calls at switchboard – Take and distribute accurate messages. – Respond to routine inquiries from internal and external sources( organisation – location , hours, phone numbers,email addresses). – Perform miscellaneous administrative activities such as booking meeting rooms,typing, organising and distributing mail, receiving and sending courier packages , filing and other adhoc duties.
