Reference: NCM001492-KMa-1A reputable Dev house is looking to employ a Syspro ERP consultant on a 6 months contract, As a Syspro ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to assist clients in implementing, customizing, and optimizing the Syspro ERP system according to their business needs. You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements, provide expert guidance on best practices, and configure the Syspro ERP software to meet their specific business processes. Key Responsibilities: Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes, objectives, and challenges. Analyze client requirements to determine the most effective way to configure Syspro ERP to meet their needs. System Configuration: Utilize your expertise in Syspro ERP to configure the system settings, modules, and workflows according to client specifications. Customize the system to streamline business processes and improve efficiency. Implementation: Lead or assist in the implementation of Syspro ERP, including data migration, system integration, and user training. Ensure smooth transition from legacy systems to Syspro ERP. Customization: Develop custom solutions, reports, and interfaces to extend the functionality of Syspro ERP and address unique client requirements. Write scripts, queries, or workflows as needed to enhance system capabilities. Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of Syspro ERP configurations and customizations to ensure they meet client expectations and comply with quality standards. Identify and resolve any issues or bugs during the testing phase. Training and Support: Provide training sessions and workshops to educate users on how to effectively utilize Syspro ERP. Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve user inquiries and issues. Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation including system designs, configuration guides, training materials, and user manuals to facilitate smooth adoption and usage of Syspro ERP. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest features, updates, and trends in Syspro ERP technology. Continuously assess and suggest improvements to optimize the performance and functionality of Syspro ERP for clients. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.Proven experience (X years) working with Syspro ERP, including implementation, configuration, and customization.Strong understanding of business processes and experience in analyzing and translating business requirements into technical solutions.Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., SQL, VBScript) and familiarity with ERP software development tools.Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and team members.Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions and exceptional customer service.Preferred Qualifications: Syspro ERP certification or relevant professional certifications.Experience working in consulting or advisory roles, preferably in the ERP implementation space.Knowledge of industry-specific processes (e.g., manufacturing, distribution, finance) and best practices in ERP implementation R 500 - R 700 - Hourly Apply Now
