Join the team at the Head Office of this national property group and add value with your excellent communication and interpersonal skills, solid Accounting experience and qualification, excellent proficiency in accounting /payroll software and systems implementation and management.Responsibility:• Support national franchisees with the migration of accounting and payroll software to Xero and SimplePay, respectively • Standardise the processes and procedures of the accounting systems nationally • Implement the company’s Financial Model for franchisees and ensure adherence thereto • Review franchisees’ Monthly Management Accounts and Bi-annual Financial Statements for adherence to the company systems, budgetary targets and financial goals • Communicate any problem issues and assist the franchisees to rectify the problems • Liaise with the franchisees to troubleshoot and respond to queries • Assist the Management team with any ad hoc projects or accounting issues as required Skills and experience required: • Accounting diploma / advanced diploma is essential • Completed SAIPA articles advantageous • 3 years’ commercial experience • High level of computer literacy in Accounting software, particularly the Cloud-based versions of Xero and Simple Pay and MS Excel is essential • A flair and interest in systems implementation and maintenance • An assertive, confident and outgoing personality style • A willingness to support and assist others • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in Afrikaans essential Remuneration: R25-30000pm CTC (no benefits) plus a performance -related bonus PLEASE EMAIL YOUR CV TO: rossmilers.co.zaSalary: R25-30000 PM CTCJob Reference : R1770Consultant Name: Roslyn Schmidt Apply Now
