What you'll do You will report to Manager Corporate IT. You will get experience in the Support Applications Team. The program will provide students with experience administering SaaS applications such as Helix ITSM, Digital Workplace, JIRA, and Confluence with an opportunity to be trained and mentored by our very skilled team. You Should troubleshoot and resolve basic to intermediate-level technical issues promptly You will be part of the 2024 Graduate Program which will run for 12 months. You will be in the Centurion or Cape Town office for at least 3 days a week.
