Systems Sales Manager Sandton Division: BROADCAST & MULTIMEDIA Report to; GROUP CEO Our client is urgently looking for A Systems Sales Manager. Duties & Responsibilities: Sell full range of Television products from the Agencies held by the Broadcast and Multimedia division Be responsible for submitting professionally prepared quotes and TENDERS TO CLIENTS. Interface with all customers, Internal departments and Principals when required. Build solid relationships with clients, securing support from new clients to grow the business. Motivate staff members Responsibilities & Accountabilities: Responsible for selling appropriate products and solutions, and being accountable for achieving the budget as the required GP as specified by the Company from time to time. The authority to decide on the solutions to be offered to the client, as well as signing of proposals, documents after consultations with the CEO. Qualification & Training Required: Proven Sales track record. Ability to deal with and negotiate with large organisations’ decision makers. Good PC Literacy. A comprehensive knowledge of professional and broadcast Television. Competency Broadcast Television and Radio Stations. Data Analytics, OTT and Streaming Solutions Professional video solutions Systems Engineering and product management Engineering services and support Skills defined above. Communication skills, negotiation , information gathering, problem solving, teamwork. Understanding the professional and broadcast TV industry, integrity, ethical conduct and personal drive. Knowledge & Experience Required: In-depth knowledge of professional and Broadcast TV and related equipment In-depth knowledge of the professional Broadcast industry Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the professional Broadcast and TV related field. Remuneration & Package Market Related CTC based on experience and qualifications, including on Target Earnings, Pension, Medical Aid Correspondence will be entered into with short-listed candidates only.
