The Central Maintenance team is searching for a Systems Specialist to join our business located in Richards Bay, KZN. Reporting to the Systems and Compliance Manager the successful incumbent will be responsible to create and manage information systems that support the business in maintenance, training, controlling, reporting and controlling the interface of systems between different departments Profile Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Data Analytics, Information Technology or Commerce Experience: 3 year exposure in a technical/Industrial environment. 2 Year Experience in SAP PM / MM , 1 year Experience in Asset management 1 Year Experience in IMS Key Performance Areas: Download and analyse data from SAP system to compile Maintenance KPI reports using Microsoft excel on a weekly basis & monthly basis, or as required Compile PEX Diana Maintenance Report on a monthly basis, using MS Office design tools, and Qlikeview and SAP maintenance modules. Consolidate, evaluate and provide feedback to management on system gaps and errors. System Development and training to employees Plan and facilitate SAP Training for Business units using own knowledge from training area’s identified by the business Gather and evaluate SAP data to provide support for Richards Bay maintenance/production teams, on a as required basis Create site specific SAP PM training documentation, using own knowledge Create, plan and facilitate training for Maintenance and Production staff on Asset Management systems which includes Gatekeeping, Scheduling, Planning, Criticality analysis, RCFA system, KPI systems. Create, plan and facilitate M-files module training on new and existing system extensions (m-files learning rules system, Actions etc.) Develop Blue print for systems namely Root Cause Failure Analysis, Business Risk Register / Mondi organisational risk evaluation system, m-files extension modules. Consolidate, evaluate and provide feedback to management on training workshops. Engineering system management & Reporting Monitor system KPI dashboards for correctness ( RCFA, OE KPI, M-files, Business Risk, Technical Downtime system, Asset Risk assessment) Improve Mill KPI dash boards , communicate with external constulants on system develop needs and correction action & time-lines. Create and manage sustainable engineering systems for knowledge sharing and training between the various inter-linking department supply chain (projects, maintenance, procurement, finance, main stores and document control). Make decisions on system upgrades and collaborate with IT department to roll out fully developed systems for Mill engineering alignment. Write procedures to support engineering systems that are developed. Participate in continuous improvement meetings and processes, on a monthly basis. Create free text orders using SAP transaction codes on an as needed basis. Assist in Planning and scheduling on ad-hoc basis for Mill Annual Shut for Reliability Department Act upon dawn raid duties for CMS department and operations as and when required. Manage Technical library operations and maintain library equipment and document control systems, on a weekly basis. Perform Quality audits on Project handover Documentation, according to document standards, on a weekly basis File project handover documents, into the engineering library on a weekly basis Perform IMS Champion duties for CMS department, which includes internal ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 audits and log non-conformances. Evaluate and compile internal ISO audit report for management, using ISO audit results. Interact with external ISO auditors, to provide IMS information, on a yearly basis Ensure all central maintenance IMS system procedures are updated and meet the requirements on ISO standards.
