Our client based in Pretoria is looking for Systems Trainers to join their team Location- Pretoria Education and experience: A minimum of a degree in (basic education, business administration, systems training /e-learning) OR Social Science related certification is required. Min of 3 years’ experience in an application support position. Additional requirements: A technical, logical thought process Ability to meet strict deadlines. Effective communication skills. People skills. Critical thinking skills. Punctuality. Teamwork and collaboration skills. Work ethic. Proven experience in providing support and training to clients. Extensive knowledge of instructional design theory and learning principles Proven ability to master the full training cycle. Adequate knowledge of learning management software. Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools, and techniques. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Sound decision making and organisational skills.
