Main duties Will be focusing on permanent recruitment - all levels of roles Engage with the HR and Line Manager regarding business recruitment needs Follow processes to the dot Strategy sessions Must have: Must have cooperate Banking recruitment experience, Matric and relevant HR related qualification Available immediately Clear Criminal, credit (ITC) and fraud Proven track record (placements earnings) Excellent organisational skills Must be strong at sourcing/ headhunting Strong stakeholder engagement at all levels Excellent English communication - both verbal and written Deadline driven
