An Agritalent client, a leading agribusiness, seeks a Talent Management Specialist for identifying, retaining and developing talent internally and externall, and ensuring adequate talent and effective talent management. Responsibilities: Ensure the effective recruitment and selection process; Promote the Company as the employer of choice; Ensure a pipeline of internal and external talent; Succession and career planning; Supervision of recruitment and training officers. Minimum Requirements: Relevant B.- degree in Human Resources or equivalent; 3 years' experience in the human resources field; (succession planning, talent pipeline/s, recruitment and training); 2 years' experience in recruitment and selection in the agricultural sector will be an advantage; Valid driver's license. Skills: Sound communication and language skills in Afrikaans and English; Computer literate (MS Office); The ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships; Good organisational skills; Good problem-solving skills; Influencing skills; Creative thinker.
