Minimum requirements:
- Relevant B.- degree in Human Resources or equivalent;
- 3 years’ experience in the human resources field; (succession planning, talent pipeline/s, recruitment and training);
- 2 years’ experience in recruitment and selection in the agricultural sector will be an advantage;
- Valid driver’s license.
Skills required:
- Sound communication and language skills in Afrikaans and English;
- Computer literate (MS Office);
- The ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships;
- Good organisational skills;
- Good problem-solving skills;
- Influencing skills;
- Creative thinker.
Duties will include:
- Ensure the effective recruitment and selection process;
- Promote our client as the employer of choice;
- Ensure a pipeline of internal and external talent;
- Succession and career planning;
- Supervision of recruitment and training officers.
Remuneration:
R40 000 per month
