Tasting Assistants (Weekends) - South Africa
Our client who is situated in RIEBEEK KASTEEL, is seeking dynamic and passionate individuals to join their team as Tasting Assistants on weekends at their Wine Tasting Cellar.
In this role, you will assist the Wine Tasting Centre Manager in overseeing all aspects of their tasting room operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and promoting their brand.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years in a client services and sales role - experience in the Wine Industry will be beneficial
- A good team player
- Client services driven
- A dynamic personality with great interpersonal and communication skills
- Reliable and committed with strong problem-solving skills
Weekends: Saturday from 9:00-16:00
Sunday from 10:00-16:00
Main functions:
- Offering wine and olive tastings
- Selling of wine and olive products
- Cash ups of transactions
- Receiving of clients and information provided thereof
- Stock management
