A prominent Audit Firm in Pretoria East is looking for a Tax Administrator. 1. Processing new clients on the system and do Tax Engagement letters 2. Erase clients removed from the system and do a profile handover 3. Process Tax engagement letters for clients to get up to date 4. Entering new entries on system monthly to keep lists up to date 5. Compliance tests on all clients performed at least 2 times per year 6. Processing of monthly fees 7. Updating e-filing and removal of old clients 8. General administration such as Audit engagement letters / tax engagement letters / Review (accounting) engagement letters 9. Secretarial services such as driving the FICA compliance process. 2 - 5 years tax administration experience Financial Qualification will be an advantage Exceptional Administrative abilities
