Coactivate is looking for an experienced, self-driven and motivated Bridge Team Leader to join our team You will be responsible for nurturing, supervising, coaching, leading, managing, rewarding, and motivating learners on a 1-year learnership. Minimum Requirements: Grade 12 Relevant qualification – Diploma / Moderator / Assessor 1 – 2 years of experience as a Team Leader or similar role In-depth knowledge of performance metrics Good Computer skills – Microsoft Office Experience with organizing Learnership programs Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success Critical thinker and problem-solving skills Team player Good time-management skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Responsibilities: Set clear team goals and KPIs Delegate tasks and set project deadlines Oversee day-to-day teams' operation and performance Monitor and drive speed to competency of learners Conduct regular coaching's and performance evaluation Develop a well-designed and motivating learner assessment program Regular communication with learners about their performance Monitor team performance and report on metrics Motivate learners Identify training needs and implement programs to close gaps Listen to learners feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts Plan and organize team building activities If you feel you meet the above criteria, please send a motivational letter along with your CV to cvcoactivate.co.za to apply.
