Team Leader (Telemarketing) - a leading omni-channel retailer, with innovative range of curated products on personalized terms. The aim is to provide multiple, convenient and easy retail shopping channels. You will be responsible for leading, supporting, motivating and developing a team of Sales Agents, ensuring that key performance are achieved. POSITION: Team Leader (Telemarketing) Salary package: Market Related A leading omni-channel retailer, with innovative range of curated products on personalized terms. The aim is to provide multiple, convenient and easy retail shopping channels. You will be responsible for leading, supporting, motivating and developing a team of Sales Agents, ensuring that key performance are achieved. Here’s what you can expect to be doing in the role: Drive sales objectives and revenue targets Maintain productivity standards that are in line with business requirements Attend to all escalated matters from Agents or customers, ensuring customer satisfaction is maintained Ensure that the departments service level agreements are in place and are achieved Ensure all team members have KPA’s and personal development plans in place with clear and tangible goals Effective workforce planning ensuring adequate resources are in place to meet departmental objectives Reporting Identify and manage behaviour in line with prescribed legislation and company policies and procedures Assist with the implementation and optimization of projects and assignments Requirements: Grade 12 A relevant tertiary qualification would be advantageous Minimum of 5 years’ experience within the Telemarketing / Telesales (Outbound) industry in a Contact Centre environment Must have at least 3 years’ experience in leading a team within a target driven environment Competent in MS Office packages, particularly MS Word, Excel and Outlook Must be available to work shifts, weekends and public holidays What's on Offer: Flexible benefits to structure your own package Creative agile work environment Café and lounge area Staff restaurant with a variety of healthy meal options Email your detailed CV to: Email your CV to lameezodwyerpersonnel.co.za or visit our website and submit your CV online at www.odwyerpersonnel.co.za/vacancies We regret that we cannot contact all applicants regarding their status.
