Requirements: Matric certificate Tertiary qualification Drivers license Ability to speak multiple languages an advantage Willing to travel across SA/ In Export markets for technical and commercial support activities. Get to know the range of products and its application. Assisting with production requirements from time to time. About the role: Product Support: Assisting with product knowledge & technical support to existing & new clients either via email, telephone, social media, walks ins etc After Sales Support: Support on demand-based re-equipments like commissioning and breakdowns in SA. Troubleshooting, testing, repairing, and servicing technical equipment in-house and during field visits. Managing on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and testing. Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining the route cause analysis and proposing possible solutions, Perform and/or assist in project assignments, reports, and processing/maintenance of all required paperwork.
