We are looking for an experienced technical engineer who will engage with customer administrators to implement, maintain, and support their product in the customer environment. This is a customer-facing role with daily engagements either in person or remotely. Implementation Projects Act as technical lead on small to medium implementation projects Consultation to ensure customer environment readiness Configuration and deployment of the product Discuss environment requirements with customer technical specialists including: Storage teams Network teams Server teams Active Directory teams Architecture teams Maintenance Projects Identify and resolve environment related challenges Identify and investigate product related errors Plan and execute Product Upgrade & Migration projects Product contact with customers on support related issues Potential to move into a 2nd line support position in the medium term Investigate product and environment related issues Add context to relay as much detail as possible about the problem scenario to 3rd line support and DevSupport Qualifications A Network MCSA / MCSE Linux administrator (Advantage) Project Management (Advantage) Experience required The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in most or all of the items listed below: Windows Server installation, configuration, and maintenance – (3 to 5 years) Active Directory configuration and management Virtualization experience in either VMWare or Hyper-V Software deployment products like SCCM or Kaseya Implementing, configuring, and maintaining backup solutions Storage and RAID configurations End-user Support experienceTroubleshooting and product error investigation R32000 Basic R1500 Fuel card
