Description PURPOSE This position will be required to adhere to all relevant requirements, policies, procedures and legal regulations pertaining to health, safety, environment and quality, as well as finance, human resources, and any other regulations as required by the company and relevant to the level of the role and responsibilities of the function. To evaluate the Trekkopje plant status from a Structural, Mechanical, Piping and Platework (SMPP) perspective and do a cost estimate and project duration estimate to enable plant start-up as per original “issued for construction” drawings, construction plans, P&ID's and commissioning plans. KEY RESPONSABILITIES Asset/ Equipment List from a combination of installed base, , P&ID's, OEM documents and design drawings / documents. Develop a Master Electrical Equipment List (EEL). Develop a Master C&I Equipment List (CEL) incl. all control systems and SCADA systems. Develop a Master cable and cable racking database for all ECI equipment installed. EEL and CEL updated with all electrical and C&I data Cable and racking schedule License status database Construction completion GAP analysis Develop a GAP list of what was not installed, but required according to the original design documents GAP list Condition Assessment Do a condition assessment on all electrical and C&I equipment on site that is either installed or stored on site Reviews maintenance/performance feedback reports and equipment repair history and recommends and implements corrective action. Electrical Condition Report (ECR) with support status C&I Condition Report (CCR) Software license database Mechanical Condition Report (MCR) Project Scoping and Costing Develop a SOW document for completion and readiness of all ECI equipment required for start-up, up to mechanical completion. Do a cost estimate on equipment required and installation cost for the complete ECI SOW (incl. replacement of discontinued equipment). SOW for ECI You will be required to strictly adhere to and promote safety, security guidelines, the quality policy, and environmental practices applied to your department, as well as the company's values charter. QUALIFICATIONS B. Sc (B. Eng.) degree or similar qualification in Electrical mechanical engineering. NQA Qualification: Level 7/8 Code B Driver's License.
