Hire Resolve's Client is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join their team as a Technical Key Account Manager in the Western Cape region, specifically within the Industrial Bakery industry. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key client accounts within the Industrial Bakery industry. You will work closely with clients to understand their technical requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs. Your expertise and industry knowledge will enable you to effectively analyze market trends and provide insights to clients on the latest developments in the Industrial Bakery sector. Responsibilities Manage and develop key client accounts within the Industrial Bakery industry Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including regular communication and onsite visits Understand clients' technical requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the Industrial Bakery sector Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services to clients Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals to potential clients Requirements Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field 5 Years experience in key account management within the Industrial Bakery industry Strong technical knowledge and understanding of the Industrial Bakery sector Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients In-depth knowledge of market trends and developments in the Industrial Bakery industry Ability to analyze technical requirements and provide customized solutions Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously Proficiency in Microsoft/Google Suite, Monday.com, Dear Inventory, and Xero Willingness to travel throughout South Africa Must be fluent in Afrikaans and English (written and Verbal) Benefits Salary: negotiable Contact Hire Resolve today for your next career-changing move Our client is offering a highly competitive salary for this role based on experience.
