Our client based in Boksburg is looking for a Technical Manager for their branch in Boksburg to handle their admin, training, managing the technical dept. with strong auto technical understanding. They must be very hands on (get dirty if needed in a warehouse type enviro) and handle pressure well, will be managing the technical department to ensure smooth operations. Continuous improvement for the warranty process by formalizing the company's warranty policy, assessing claims, and reporting on claims. Training all staff nationally on company products. Manage Technical Dept. Handle all warantees and manage Warantee Dept. incl staff Product Support Training •Electrical Engineering or relevant technical qualification and experience. •Auto/Battery/Technical knowledge is a must • Minimum 10 years' experience in warranties and support in a technical environment • Minimum 7 years' experience providing technical training to staff and customers • A self-starter able to work independently as well as work closely with customers and suppliers in a fast paced environment while achieving high levels of customer satisfaction. • Very analytical • Excellent customer relations skills • High ethical standards • Good verbal and written communication skills • Computer literate • Strong admin skills • Attention to detail R40k CTC
